Founded in the Fall of 2018, One Percent Genius has since strived to foster a community for artists by artists in hope of shifting the narrative to favour young creators. 

Created by producer and artist Halima, it was a way to cut out the middle men who often appear as gatekeepers. Our name One Percent Genius is a reminder that as young creatives we have power.
